The CUSTOMER will have 14 natural days from the order receipt to return the product . En campaña de navidad, los pedidos efectuados entre el 1 de diciembre y 1 de enero, tendrán 30 días para cambiarse.

  • If the product delivered to the customer is different to the requested one
  • If the product delivered is broken, damaged or in poor conditions
  • If the product doesn't fits to your size (except for personalized products with name, swim products or products with a discount)

In these cases the products will be substituted with no cost, for the customers living in Spain. The customers living out of Spain will have to assume shipping costs.The customer will have to notice the return by writing an email to specifying the product reference and adding images of the wrong garment or the defective part. Once we receive the information we will proceed to send you again the correct product and the exchange with the messenger will take place.The customer has to return the product in the same condition than it was received.

On th contrary, if the customer wants the return of the money of the pruchase, will have to send the product to this address :

En este caso el coste del envío va a cargo del CLIENTE. Una vez devuelto el producto y cuando este llegue a TAYMORY, se examinará que cumple las condiciones de devolución arriba detalladas. Si todo es correcto, TAYMORY procederá al abono del importe de la compra mediante transferencia bancaria a la cuenta que el CLIENTE designe.

  • We don't admit the change or return of used products.
  • We don't admit returns or changes of swim products beacuse of hygiene reasons.
  • We don't admit returns or changes of personalized products because of sizing reasons.
  • We don't admit returns or changes of products with discounts (outlet, sales, seadon promotions, etc...)
